The house stands in an old-town area with big pedestrian traffic. The creative-point in this situation means that there is room for companies - mostly theatricals, assuming public rehearsal for the man in the street.  That became possible by the full open facade with a pushed-down stage in the pavement, and this makes the contact and create curiosity towards these programs. Behind the stage there are some practice rooms, and a cafe was placed on the upper floor with green atriums and some benches.
